Shipping and Order Processing Information

We are committed to delivering a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Our logistics network is built on partnerships with reputable and dependable courier services, ensuring your packages arrive promptly and securely. Every shipment is fully traceable, and you will receive real-time updates on the status of your delivery, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Our delivery services are available within designated zones and are subject to operational capacity. To ensure timely delivery, orders must be placed in advance, and a two-hour delivery window will be assigned. Please note that delivery schedules may vary based on location and availability.

Free Delivery Promotion
Customers who purchase items totaling over JMD$20,000 are eligible for complimentary delivery. During checkout, simply select the free delivery option, and your order will be dispatched via our standard same-day or next-day service, depending on the time of purchase.

Delivery Confirmation and Receipt
Our couriers are instructed to deliver packages directly to your doorstep. Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign for the receipt of your goods. For safety and privacy reasons, couriers are not authorized to enter your home or property. If no one is available to accept and sign for the delivery, the package will be returned to our distribution center. In such cases, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery at your convenience.

Order Processing Guidelines

  1. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation detailing the items purchased, the total cost, and the estimated delivery timeline.

  2. Cut-Off Times: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed the same day, while orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

  3. Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled or modified within one hour of placement. After this period, changes may not be possible as the order enters the processing phase.

  4. Damaged or Missing Items: In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination. If your order includes restricted items, our team will notify you to discuss alternative arrangements.
